Smitha Menon is a Professional IT Technocrat with more than 19 years of experience in software testing and product development. She was QA & Product Manager with exceptional skills in team management. She has played key roles in understanding complex business needs of users and translate them into actionable requirements. She has proven skills in managing and transitioning projects in Agile development environments.

Smitha was among the first few to clear the ISTQB Foundation Level, ISTQB Advance Level- Test Analyst, Cloud United-Certified Cloud Testing Practitioner and DevOps United-Certified Tester in DevOps certifications in the world. Also she is one of the contributors to the review team of the Cloud United Syllabus. She also handles development and review of various IP content at Verity. 

Has been delivering trainings on Manual Testing, Automation Testing, ISTQB Foundation, ISTQB Advanced (TA), Certified Selenium Engineer, Certified Cloud Testing Practitioner, various DevOps Toolkit.
